Honda FIt Body kit FITMENTS

Hi,

I wanted to order a body kit for a jdm honda FIT 2003 and was wondering if all the kits fits from 2003 till 2009.

It looks like the 2008 model and up are slightly longer in body lenght.

Any suggestions.

2009/2010 are the GE8 chassis, 2007/2008 are the GD3 chassis. I don't know if the GD3 bodies are exactly the same from 2003 to 2008. But I do know that the 2009 body is completely different from all earlier years of Fit production, so keep the 2009 completely out of your considerations for body kits unless you own that year or a 2010.

his fit is from the japanese/european/asian domestic market. the GD1-GD3 are from years 2001 to 2007.
GE fits are 2008 to present. the GE came out a year earlier in all markets other than the american markets.

He said he had a 2003, and I warned him away from body kits for the GE8 chassis.

he is going by year. not by chassis code. his question was if an 08 kit will fit on his car. it will NOT fit his car because where he is from, an 08 IS a GE8, so please, do not give out misinformation anymore. if you arent sure about something, why even post?

Yes its a 2003, GD1 model, let me put it like this, since car is JDM.

I wanted to know till which year i can look for in the USA for a bodykit, or simple front lip, sideskirts and a rear lip.

US Honda Fit bumper is Bigger than JDM spec...

Yea. Usdm and jdm aren't interchangable, but i don't know why you want to get a usdm kit. There are alot more options for jdm body kits.
